Dr. Romain Couderc is specialized in PV module reliability and durability. He received his engineer title in 2009 from INSA Lyon (France) and his Ph.D. in 2015 from INSA Lyon (France). He worked on the simulation of the thermal behavior of PV modules at Institut de Nanotechnologies de Lyon and at the Centre de Thermique de Lyon. He had a postdoctoral position on the optimization of the encapsulant-less module NICE in collaboration with Apollon Solar. Since 2017, he worked at CEA-INES in the fields of CPV, perovskite characterization and he is now specialized in the characterization of PV modules and accelerated ageing tests and manage the indoor test facility at CEA-INES. He has published more than 30 papers and proceedings.
